Bananas have a low fat content. In a medium sized banana contains 12.5 grams ofreformulated and far more than other foods.
Another advantage of banana is the content of vitamin A, C, and B. In addition, bananas also contain potassium, which is one mineral that can help lower blood pressure.Bananas also have other minerals, namely magnesium.
